西北（陜西）國際招標(biāo)有限公司受陜西有色天宏瑞科硅材料有限責(zé)任公司的委托，就以下項(xiàng)目組織進(jìn)行國內(nèi)公開招標(biāo)。

Entrusted by Shaanxi Non-Ferrous Tian Hong REC Silicon Material Co., Ltd., Northwest(Shaanxi) International Tendering Company, Limited will openly organize the domestic bidding for the following projects.

6、投標(biāo)人資質(zhì)要求：

Bidder's Qualification Requirements:

(1)在中國境內(nèi)注冊、有獨(dú)立法人資格、獨(dú)立承擔(dān)民事責(zé)任能力的企業(yè)，且經(jīng)營范圍包括投標(biāo)內(nèi)容；

The bidder has established enterprises that must be registered in China, have independent legal personality and can independently bear civil liabilities；

(2)投標(biāo)人的法定代表人為同一個人的兩個及兩個以上法人，母公司、全資子公司及其控股公司，以及其他形式有資產(chǎn)關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系的投標(biāo)申請人，都不得在同一招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目中同時提出投標(biāo)申請；

If the Bidder's legal representative takes charge of two or more companies, the parent company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries or holding company, or companies with asset correlation in any form, he shall not submit bidding applications in the same bidding project as bidding applicants at the same time；

(3) ISO9000/9001證書

投標(biāo)人或制造商應(yīng)當(dāng)持有ISO9000/9001證書；

Bidder or manufacturer shall have the ISO9000/9001 certification;

(4)成功業(yè)績

投標(biāo)人需要提供其制造的或代理的同型號或類似型號的產(chǎn)品至少3年成功服役的業(yè)績證明；

Successful Experience

Bidder shall give evidence that their manufactured or agent equipment of same or similar type have successfully operated for a minimum period of three(3) years;

(5)其他必要的資格條件；

Other necessary qualification requirement;

(6)投標(biāo)人如為代理商，需提供制造商的授權(quán)書；

If the bidder also acts as an agent, shall provide the manufacturer's authorization;

(7)本項(xiàng)目不接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。

Consortium bids are not accepted for this Project.
